Black, White & Stylish Brights

When I started designing my decor collections for 2019, this was THE collection I wanted to be in teacher stores around the country.  I chose colors that matched my branding and my blog and envisioned the most stylish school supplies to coordinate as accents.

I fell in LOVE with this collection.

What I’ve learned while working at Carson-Dellosa is that you can’t always put everything in stores that you would like.  There’s lots of decisions that are being made and lots of input from different types of people that go into the final decision.

Ultimately, we chose the succulent collection.  It’s just SO hard to narrow them down when you love each and every product that you create.  I put my heart and soul into everything that I design.

As a consolation, I knew I could offer this collection to you digitally.  The BEST part…many of the key pieces in this collection can be bought in stores.  There’s borders, nameplates, nametags, alphabet lines, magnetic decor, file folders, script font words and so much more that coordinates!  Make sure that you stop by your local teacher supply store to see all of the new SGS products!

Pencil cutouts.  My favorite.  You already know that.

The script font words…MUST HAVE.  I created a large bulletin board set of words for those areas that you want to make a big impact.  There’s also a mini bulletin board set created with more words to use as cute accents throughout your classroom.

The border combinations with this collection are endless.  I’ve created so many options that would be AMAZING in this space!

This birthday set is to die for!  Everything about it is just stunning!

This collection features such a striking palette of hot pink, turquoise, lime green, orange and red.  Don’t forget to sprinkle those polka dots around your room for the cutest accents!

The black bins are from Romanoff Products.

I can’t get over the cuteness of these nameplates.  I’ve added the poms and the tassels to each one for a pop of color.

Use the digital paper to cover cans to hold pencils and other classroom supplies.

Let’s talk about printing for a minute…I’ve enlarged several pieces of this collection at Staples.  When you are enlarging more than your typical 8 1/2 x 11 print, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR BLUEPRINT PAPER.  This will keep the cost down.  This is so important when you are printing.  It’s going to be thinner and you will need to laminate for durability, but you don’t want to spend a fortune.

Calendars:  18 x 24

Posters:  Depends.  Sometimes I will do 11 x 17, sometimes I will do 18 x 24, and for larger spaces…36 x 48

Alphabet and number lines:  I ask to make them 6 inches high.  They will do the rest.

IMPORTANT!  If you are printing on a regular 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, ask for matte photo paper.  This will make your colors more vibrant!

Use the alphabet letters to create custom banners for your classroom!

Check out my new file folders for 2019!  Cuteness AND organization for your classroom!

*This is a digital collection, however, many products can be purchased at your local teacher supply store or online at Carson-Dellosa.
