The day has FINALLY arrived!

First of all, I need to apologize for keeping you in suspense for so long.  There has been so much work behind the scenes to get ready for this big announcement.  Several things needed to be in place before I could finally spill the beans!  Believe me, I can hardly wait to share my news with all of you!

If you’ve followed my teasers on social media, you may have already figured out what’s happening.  To be honest, I was actually hoping that you WOULD figure it out!

Before I just jump right into it (I know.  I know.  I’m making you wait.), I thought I would give you the backstory for those of you that are interested.

So, here it goes…

It was early July when I received a call from CARSON DELLOSA (If you guessed, Carson Dellosa, you were RIGHT!)  During that conversation, we talked about the possibility of partnering and manufacturing Schoolgirl Style decor.  This is something that I had hoped to do someday, but wasn’t sure where to begin on my own.  After several phone calls and getting to know the awesome people behind Carson Dellosa – the dream of having Schoolgirl Style decor available in stores was becoming a reality!

To get my products ready for the Back-to-School season meant that we had to move quick.  With the talented Carson Dellosa team, we were able to knock it out and have it ready to purchase in stores for 2018!  It has been a whirlwind of excitement…from picking out the collections, creating new products, and designing the stunning packaging for each item, all of this has been such a surreal experience to say the least.  Meanwhile, I had to keep this exciting news to myself.  My husband and parents knew, along with a couple close friends, but I pretty much walked around with this exciting secret and couldn’t tell a soul.

As some of you know, I also took a new teaching position around the same time all of this was happening.   Thank goodness that the Carson Dellosa team jumped into action and helped make this process stress free for this busy mom and teacher!  Instead of having to travel to their headquarters, they were kind enough to actually come to Michigan to make it easier on me.  They’ve worked so hard to make all of this happen and went above and beyond to help me.  I truly can’t thank them enough.

THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT IS….

Schoolgirl Style classroom decor will now be sold in stores all over the United States and Canada!

What does this mean for you?  You can now walk into your local teacher store and purchase Schoolgirl Style products printed and ready to go.  I know that SO many of you have been waiting for this.  I can’t tell you how many emails I get from teachers looking for the convenience and ease of pre-printed classroom decor.   I am SO over-the-moon excited that teachers now have this option!

Are you ready to see the new collections?!?  Schoolgirl Style and Carson Dellosa are bringing you THREE different designs to choose from.  You may be familiar with some of these products, however, we also created BRAND NEW pieces including bulletin board sets, stickers, notepads, birthday crowns, and library pockets.

WE CREATED BORDERS!

I’m telling you, you seriously NEED to see these BORDERS!   They are graphic, bold, and beautiful.   We created ELEVEN new polka dot borders to match my existing Schoolgirl Style collections.  They aren’t your typical polka dot border though.  I made sure that they were created with the PERFECT sized dot to make an impact in your space.  Also, if you currently have a Schoolgirl Style decor collection, you now have borders to choose from that are just the right match with your products!

In addition to the new polka dot borders, we also have the absolute CUTEST rainbow borders (again, these are graphic and bold to make an impact), a super trendy black painted dot border (my personal favorite), a bold black and white stripe, and last but not least…SHIPLAP BORDER!  You can actually LAYER this border to make shiplap walls or use them as a single border for a touch of relaxed farmhouse in your space.
