The Happy Honeybee Collection

When I created my first theme, Polka Dots and Daisies, I always envisioned using bees as an option to add to your classroom.

Gosh, I still adore this room! The black and white is so striking! Don’t you think that bees would look perfect with this room?

Since then, I’ve had several people email me and ask me to create a bee theme. In all honesty, I probably wouldn’t do anything too entirely different except add a bee to my labels, tags, and banners.

As I started to create my new tags, I made them in three different designs expecting to narrow it down to just one. I loved all three and just couldn’t choose! So, I’ve decided to offer my bee theme in the following patterns. You will get them all!

1. Black and white polka dots

2. Sweet black and white gingham

3. Yellow, black, and gray polka dots

When you purchase the Happy Honeybee Collection, you will have a choice as to which pattern you would like to use! You can even mix/match all three designs!

Since I already had a black/white classroom for inspiration, I decided to do a mini-theme just to showcase the patterns of my new designs. Nothing too over the top, just a way for you to see what you would be purchasing!

Also, make note of the font used…L.O.V.E.! It is a little old fashioned looking, something I would be completely drawn too if I saw this in a store!

There is something so classic and beautiful with this color combination that I just can’t get enough of! So pretty!

I couldn’t wait to show you this banner. How pretty is this?!? I love the yellow, black, and gray combination. This reminds me of my Lemon Chiffon pack. This color combination is so trendy right now!

Oh…how do I love thee! I created everything in the Happy Honeybee Collection with this particular color combination! It has a touch of trendy, a touch of sweetness, and a bold whimsical look with the large yellow and white polka dots. Just a little different twist on a traditional bee theme!

Do you see how the polka dots, the gingham, and the yellow all coordinate with one another?

I know. I know. I used these daisies before, but you can’t have a bee theme without flowers! Look at how gorgeous these table signs are?!? Again, I combined the patterns and it is GORGEOUS!

Word Wall tags and pennant banners were created in three different designs! Use the pattern you like OR use them all!

My borders are from Creative Teaching Press. When I saw their newest yellow and black border called Twirls and Swirls, I was in LOVE! I knew it had to be used in a bee themed classroom or my Polka Dot and Daisy classroom. The cute yellow scalloped border is also from Creative Teaching Press – this border is called Lots of Dots Yellow. The scallops on the border mimic the scallops on all of my labels.
